This is my best buy, i got it for around 500euros back in 2019 and it's still doing the job for 1440p gaming. Bonus : the VRAM allowed me to test some small models.

Asus TUF B550 plus
Nothing to had, it's a good motherboard. The status LED saved my life multiple times tho because i kept having issues with my ram.

4x8Gb Ram , pretty good but i feel like the DDR4 3200Mhz is what's slowing down the pc. Heh I guess I needed 32Gb for Star Citizen (35fps).

Samsung 890 pro 1TB
Best M.2 SSD ever. But i could buy two of them for the current price of this one.
